Complaint Sample Testing
Complaint sample analysis is an important part of the services ARL provides to its customers. We are frequently called upon to analyze suspect medications when it is felt that something has been prepared inaccurately or that tampering may have occurred. We have a full array of analytical instrumentation and devoted scientists at our disposal to aide us in determining whether a given complaint has any merit. Contaminations or breakdowns in quality control can have significant impacts within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology communities when considering the financial dilemmas and legal concerns that the manufacturer may face. This is second to the potentially life threatening and health concerns of the consume.

Unknown Determination
Identifying an unknown component in a pharmaceutical product requires a great deal of focus and attention to detail. Every sample that is submitted to ARL for this form of analysis is addressed in light of its own unique characteristics and customer requirements. ARL works diligently with its clients to provide a thorough and detailed analysis process utilizing a vast array of instrumentation involving wet chemistry and chromatographic techniques, microscopic analysis and/or elemental determinations.
