1. How do I sign up for online results?

• Visit www.arlokapps.com to sign up for online results. Your results are available to you on a safe and secure website, convenient when you need it.

2. Why can’t I access the PDF files of samples that were completed before my sign up date? 

• Although our software does not allow printing of PDF files of samples completed before the sign up date, you can view past sample results on the screen.  Our staff will be happy to forward a copy of any results.  Please call us at 800-393-1595.

3. How can I search for a particular sample?

• We offer two search options. 

1. Enter the drug name in the “Description” field and click on “Search”.  Any drugs tested with that name should appear.
2. Enter the lot number of the sample you are searching for and click on “Search”.  That sample should appear if we have tested it

4. Can I generate graphs?  If so, how? 

• Yes.  You can download your sample information into an Excel file.

1. Click on the Excel spreadsheet option in the upper right corner of your on-line results web page. 
2. Select “File”, “Save As” and save the file to your hard drive, giving it a file name in the “Save As” option menu that appears. 
3. Close the web pages. 
4. Open the file you saved to your computer
5. Select “File”
6. Choose “Edit with Microsoft Excel”. 

You should then be able to work on the file as with any Excel file, which allows for sorting and preparation of graphs.

5. How far back do you keep the results showing on-line? 

• We strive to maintain 24 months of sample results on line.  However, to keep our system running quickly and efficiently, we may purge files sooner, depending on the sample volume.
