2. Does your laboratory have a formally documented QA Program?
3. Is your laboratory registered with the FDA and will they let you review their inspection history?
4. How available and competent is your laboratory when answering technical questions?
5. What is your laboratory's Turnaround Time?
6. Does your laboratory allow on-site audits?
7. Does your laboratory offer HPLC for potency testing? If yes, how much experience do they have?
8. Does your laboratory perform process/method validation and equipment qualification?
9. Does your laboratory have second party certifications such as ISO?
10. Does your laboratory follow USP guidelines?
11. Does your laboratory have dedicated customer service staff available to answer your questions?
