ELENA CHITSEY

Elena Chitsey serves as the Director of Family Office.   

Elena has been with ARL Bio Pharma for over 25 years and during this time she has worked in various positions with increasing responsibility. In her role as the Director of Family Office, she is responsible for providing financial oversight, risk management, and investment guidance of Dr. Kupiec's personal portfolio of investments and other personal entity ownerships. Elena is accountable for ensuring there is a full transparency over the current state and performance of the Principle's assets by regular analysis of the financial conditions, market conditions, and future expectations of investment plans.

Elena graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Oklahoma. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Oklahoma and is a member of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs.
