Dr. Rashmi Madda

Dr. Rashmi Madda is a Senior Scientist at ARL Biopharma, where she leads protein characterization and biologics method development using high-resolution mass spectrometry. With over eight years of experience in proteomics and bioanalytical science, she has successfully led initiatives across both academia and industry, including the development of core LC-MS workflows and a $2M Cancer Moonshot project.

Driven by an early passion for medicine and disease biology, Dr. Madda earned her Ph.D. in cancer proteomics, where she discovered the potential of analytical science to improve drug safety and patient outcomes. Today, she focuses on translating complex molecular data into actionable solutions that support biopharma innovation, regulatory compliance, and therapeutic advancement.
